Dear Readers,
There are times in everyones life when they awake from a substance filled evening only to feel an overwhelming need to separate ones self from society, we call this shame. Unfortunately, until the advent of the internet, people were left to enter their shame cave alone to experience the dark and cold expanses of their shame. No longer will this be. This blog was created to allow all of us 'shamesters' to awake in the morning and share their stories of shame. We hope that through these contributions we will bring more awareness to the epidemic of shame.
